A couple of things to address

How is she reading the reviews?

So.... big picture, here.... eight pages of 'Yes" reviews on this girl, consistent disparaging comments in those reviews posted by guys who haven't actually seen her, or been able to see her, and she just went out of her way to call a guy out by name who gave her a "yes" but qualified it with some ROS comments that could be inferred by the rest of the review thread.
Dunno what to think.

I can attest to her screening process, it was quick and easy. The pics are legit and you get what you see. I've had a great time every time I've seen her and would highly recommend. As always be respectful and courteous during the session and I would be very difficult not having a memorable experience.
Lariyah: I found your screening process to be fair. The process is more than most providers, but after you felt comfortable in seeing me, I felt very safe as a result of your caution. No one on here should disparage you for sticking to your guns as far as screening goes. Sounds like a misunderstanding about Sherm's comment to you about your body and eating habits. Whatever you are doing diet wise, just let me say, wow, it works.

This is your business sweetheart. Although you are young, it looks like you run a great business. You do what you need to do to feel comfy, and you don't have to tolerate rude remarks. You do what makes you feel good, and the rest will fall into place.

And thank you Holly, for a completely valid perspective, and for presenting the only gal comment so far.

Hey Zeejoe, this is our review on what we feel happened, just think about what goes on with this board, there are some providers that would flat out blow up everything we had to say. Some things should be left to those that need to know. And as we all know, they find out anyways, they have access to the ML reading what we say, and have access to probably read our ROS in reviews, but not all of the providers of course. Disclosure, this being said in a NON-HR Eccie type way, LOL.

It was nice of the OP to post such a graphic SPA....
I've always found Sherm to be a nice guy.

I honestly would chalk it up to being a misunderstanding. As a provider, if a guy says something to me that I don't like, I let him know. None of us have ESP (ESPN for those who get that joke) and unless you told him, he's not going to know that he upset you on any level.

This is also another case of drama that could've been resolved BCD and not on the board.

No provider needs to explain how or why she screens the way she does, just as no client needs to explain why he won't give his info for screening processes.

This is a little off topic, but not all of us ladies possess a handle to view the MLR. Ugh.... I don't want to know what is said in there. Ugh! Most of the mature professional ladies are secure enough in their business that the MLR is of no concern to us.

I'm sure the client in this case was not meaning to be offensive, it was just a faux pas. Anytime a comment is made about a woman's body other than, "omg, you are perfect", you run a chance f being offensive. It's not you guys, it's just us girls and the way that we are scrutinized. Not completely all your fault..
+ 1.. on the mlr.. and her screening process is obviously what works for her to keep everyone safe. if you are trying to book with someone that cant get you verified right then or same day, then maybe ask her to recommend a provider that she knows that would be a good fit for your needs and has a different way of screening.. it does take a minute sometimes to hear back from us ladies as we are working too or book in advance so the screening can be done already.
I give my clients a discount when they prebook or prescreen with me just so I will be ready when they call for an same day apt.
I will tell you all this in Sherm's Defense and that he gave this Provider a big fat "FAT YES" and unless you read the ROS you have no idea what, if anything had been said. In addition, he defended that yes, and the Provider when there was a question of why a yes. The bottom line if this provider left this alone it would have all blew over and anyone thumbing through the reviews would have seen the "BIG FAT YES" and her business and reputation to all the newbies would be intact. In addition, Sherm probably would have given her a second chance a great review and everyone hobbyist would be raving about her. She threw fuel on some hot ashes and there was enough of a spark to blow this thing way out of proportion.
Again if you look at the review in question (Forget the ROS) you would see a "BIG (MONSTEROUS) YES". Geez! The drama just to have drama!

I'll offer one more thing in Lariyahs defense. When I first posted somehow I messed it up by submitting before I was done. I went to edit the review and it published the ROS for all to see for a couple of days. That's how she was able to see the review, as far as I know.
not fair to Lariyah to throw the "drama" tag at her. Not fair to infer she has access to ROS. Look at her posts, she is not active on the board threads and does not incite or take part in "drama". She also stated clearly in her posts that she was responding to the comments that talked about the content of the ROS, to which everyone has access. Whether or not responding to the comments was the way to go can be up for discussion, but the "drama" in this thread was/is caused by people posting opinions and accusations not supported by the facts. Lariyah has built a sterling reputation and does things the right way. I can understand her wanting to vent when she has worked to create a safe environment for her admirers and deliver a great experience, and she felt that hard earned reputation was damaged.
