How do you stay healthy?

Cigarettes, Cigars and beer. Steak and pototoes, eggs and bacon, burgers and a bit more beer.

Multiple trips to the coffee bar and occasional "cart path only" golfing days.

Pilates, regular 3 mile power-walks, abs each morning I can force myself to get on the floor while the coffee is dripping.
Laughter, family/friends, adventure and red wine/cheese/olives.
Oh, and yogurt and almonds most every day. Like Dallas noted, eating healthy gets tougher when travelling.
Nothing white (bread and pasta, not men).

I have been stuck in BFE East Texas for the past few days and ave not had a chance to do my daily walk.....but I am headed back to Nola,so I am excited that I can get my walking in....Bourbon Streeet here I come{Clair,join me}!!!

I workout 3 days a week like a rooty tooty fresh and fruity according to macksback

-then eat lots of barbecue
I laugh morning, noon and night!

I REFUSE to go to the gym. I do yoga everynow and then, and giving damn good rubs is a work out ;-) I also have a young lab so taking her for walks and to the park alot helps. I wear the shape-up and tone-up shoes, and not living on the first floor is cardio!

I buy healthy-lowfat, low sodium, sugar-free and what have you. I drink water all day and Odwalla Juice when I'm craving soda. All I've gotten is compliments!
