Went to pho van past two days and their bun bo hue is delish! Was curious about both the Ramen joint and chinese BBQ next door? Originally Posted by Holy Cannoli

BBQ place is also pretty good.

Also, Sunflower, just North of the market is pretty good, but not as good as Pho Van (IMHO).

Definitely give Phonatics off west anderson lane (north) a try! I love this place, was always my go-to for a quick bowl of pho in a casual, chill environment. Great place to take friends. Also give Pho Saigon in China Town (off north lamar) a try. As for ramen, michi ramen and ramen tatsuya are delish!

I have yet to be disappointed at any of the local Pho paces. They are all good!
Any recommendations for great Indian food-Chicken Tika marsala?

Recently tried Tam's Deli on North Lamar. Good bowl of pho. Tiny place, great service. Kim Fung is also very good.

Din Ho remains my favorite Asian restaurant in town hands down.
For the best Pho is a place off of Louis Henna in Round Rock. Its super yummy and haven't found a place better. I know its far north if in south austin. Still worth a drive if you can. Originally Posted by Victoria Columbari

Currently, I enjoy Pho Lee.

Pho Thaison on Anderson is also very good and has wide menu, but the Pork Belly Steamed Bun appetizer is to die for. Pho Van has always been very good to me, Sunflower has a hot pot that is smokey and amazing - I always get the seafood - it is smoked on charcoal in a cracked pot wired together so it gets the smoke. Din Ho and Ramen Tatsuya are in the same center and always excellent. I think there is more fantastic Asian food in that center than anywhere on earth. Baguette House on N. Lamar has amazing Banh Mi and last but certainly not least Mushashino over on Mopac just south of Anderson has an amazing Ramen as well as great sushi and the amaebi are amazing with the fried head and shell.
