Lately, "Available Now" is giving me blue balls

I need to correct an oversight on my part. Earlier today, I wrote,

It was late in the afternoon when I wrote the email [to P411, using the "contact us" button on their site], and I have not yet heard back, and am not necessarily looking for a response - just to put my side of the story on their record.

Turns out, that was wrong. The email address I have on file with P411 is a hobby-only email, and I failed to check it before checking in with this thread this morning. In fact, Gina had written a very nice email to me prior to my post. (I hate having to apologize for a stupid fuck-up on my part, but there it is.)

I won't go into everything she said, but I do believe that it is beneficial to our little community of poon-hounds to know one piece of information:

Also, please be aware that we do not have a blacklist, nor do we give providers a place to share comments on clients. Either they give the client the Okay, or let us know what the problem was, so it can be dealt with privately.

I think this shows some good business sense and consideration for P411 clients, and should be applauded as such. As to what happens with a provider who is accused of messing up, I won't go into details about what Gina said were options, but I will say that they don't just blow off any complaints they receive, and the options for how to correct bad provider behavior seemed equally well-thought-out and appropriate.

I am addressing with Gina our community's other concerns about: (a) the efficacy of pre-screening (versus having to provide traditional screening references on top of P411 clearance); and (b) "Available Now" not being an effective mechanism. I think P411 will give those concerns a fair hearing as well, but I don't expect them to change anything just because I'm frustrated. Nevertheless, I think they are open to suggestions and any other feedback y'all may give.

I agree with Stag on this one. I recently contacted a provider on P411 who had posted on the "available now" section. it was about 5 am and I had to make a quick run to Dallas, passing by her incall area. She responded and exchanged a few PM's with me but went silent as soon as I asked for the address. I waited in the area abotu 15 mins and went about my business never hearing from her again.

Not to sound insensitive...but "available now" means you should be able to have me come over within 30 mins. once you aren't available anymore...take down the ad. I also thought the purpose of using p411 was to "not" have to go through extensive screening if you have OKAY's. For some reason I'm always told I had to be screened. I initially enjoyed p411 but it really hasn't enhanced my hobby experience. most of the ladies on there...are on here and since I'm still getting screened extensively whats the point? IMHO, asking for references just totally defeats the objective of Preferred411. You should be able to send an appointment request and be done with all that red tape.

Nonetheless, I love the P411 available now board as I have been able to connect with hobbyists who had their appointment cancelled at the last minute and vice versa.

Lastly, whenever I post an "Available Now" ad, I am usually at my incall and/or 30 minutes away. I always try my very best to be prepared for last minute appointments, as I do see gentlemen who hobby as soon as they receive of window of opportunity.

You guys just have to be a little more selective about who contact. When someone schedules with me, they get the address right away, and I'm always ready on time. Just put the ladies that flake on you, on the permanent DNS list, and let the community know who they are.
And if you're in good status with P411 with OKs in the last 3 mths or so, that should be good enough for anybody! That's why I prefer P411, not having to mess with refs.

One big problem with this "hobby" is that the availability of pussy doesn't always correspond with a hobbyists "horniness" level and/or the hobbyists window in time to "relieve" himself.

I'm wondering if a feature could be implemented where guys could give a "yes" or "no" as to the availability of a woman during the hours the lady says she's available. Kind of similar to an airline's on-time % lol.
