Dallas I bring all my Deer to either The Gourmet Butchers Block on Belle Chasse Highway or to Badeaux at 1321 Ames. They are the best I have found around here.

you guys beat me to the meat. I was gonna suggest Gourmet Butcher block located on belle chase hwy. the place on realty drive closed, they moved the shop to a fancier dig on belle chase hwy.

btw, they're the one who came up with Turducken creation that John Madden has on the table for the best players the night before the superbowl.

I love Teranova's on Esplanade ave for Italian sausage, Butch Block for boneless stuffed chickens, Cochons for boudin balls and Rare Cuts for Steaks!

Hey Dallas, I had you some real fresh meat at the pool today at my gym. About 6'0, built, probably 24 or 25yrs old, and layed right next to me. I started sweating and I wasnt even moving around haha.
