The dems May take the house but do so without honor

+1

The dems see a majority as an avenue to block a republican agenda, they have no other agenda, no better plan for America, no common ground, it’s just beat trump, just beat him at his own game,,,the republicans see a majority as a road map to further a cause, cancel out California and trump wins the popular vote also (dems won’t challenge that argument)

I would usually never vote the party lines,,but after the vial acts of the dems the last few months I won’t even consider one, why have they left the party behind, challenge trump on good ole sound democratic politics and you just may have a contender in 2020 Originally Posted by Phil McCrotch

you have to remember 41 seats were vacated by republican incumbants. as a rule, beating incumbents is much harder than beating a newbie. so you had a lot of newbies in this race. so its a given. Originally Posted by dilbert firestorm

And Trump and his criminal family will be held accountable to the American people. And his boasts of having the most transparent administration in history will finally have foundation in fact.

No amount of name calling, foot stamping and teeth gnashing will change that.

To the Above - I have no doubt that Pelosi and the House have one agenda for the next two years- Investigate and Impeach Trump - to the exclusion of all else.

Criminal acts - We will see where all the Subpoenas and Investigations to come will lead.

Meanwhile- YR- Please specify the Criminal acts of which you accuse the President.

Please be specific
What crimes could he be indicted for? Please provide documentation.

I bet You are unable to respond with anything but the usual propaganda
Mueller has had two years - where are the indictments?

From a fellow Socialist Totalitarian: “But the most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly and with unflagging attention. It must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over. Here, as so often in this world, persistence is the first and most important requirement for success.”

I do credit you with persistence.
That's all you got - Bash Trump?

When he comes with another fucked up policy, like rewriting the 14th Amendment with his pen, then you’ll say the same thing.

Your defense is no offense.

I know some even said they planned to vote for Orourke.

Cruz spent a fraction of Orouke's and still fended off Orourke by like 85k votes, last time I looked.

There are 15 million registered voters in Texas per the secretary of state. Only a 3rd of those voted.

YES, politicians would be wise to be more considerate of the minority party. However, the majority still seem to have a firm hold.

Look at the governor. He was one of the first races called.

Democrats may be speaking but not nearly as well as republicans.
if this was a vote on trump, trump won handily

the number of vacant districts with republicans retiring, the history of mid term elections, the constant negative "reporting" by the lame stream media

and yet assuming it was a reflection on trump, trump did much better than all the averages and history say what a "normal" midterm result should be

and those he campaigned hard for like in florida, won Originally Posted by nevergaveitathought

The first time that the guy in the white house disparaged those he disagreed with as "losers" he lost the ability to govern effectively.

He's made enemies of more that 50 percent of the country. I'm still dumbfounded when my republican friends say they don't understand why democrats are so angry.

You can disagree with me all you want but when you cheat and lie and disparage the other side you foment anger and resentment.
