Assuming you went to a licensed massage place, tell them you got a massage, assuming you got one.

Which you should, when done properly they do seem to have some health benefits. As for admitting to any extras, that would be inadvisable, and it is generally safe to assume the massage lady won't understand the question in English, and would deny any impropriety anyway.
