FYI, I am not attacking you and hope you don't think I am. I'm just trying to get the conversation going. I really am not an asshole. I've always been under the impression providers either chose this career 'cause they enjoy sex or for the money. And if it's the latter you could tell in their attitude and performance. This posting is a bit of an eye opener and a little sad and depressing if true.
As a salesperson, it always comes down to money for me. I work hard for my money (and I have no doubts you do also) but I don't make $200+ an hour and for me to give up that kind of cash I would hope you enjoy your job and don't expect me to cum and go.
I'm done now, really. Unless someone beats me up for this and I feel the need to defend my comments. Ok enough from me now.

a) leave after the appetizer?
b) expect to get the whole meal?
c) order the food have a couple bites and then leave the rest so the waiter can have it and give a big tip for the awesome service you expected but didn't get ?

Based on this comment I'm guessing she'd say c is the correct answer:

Your posting title indicates her rant is funny. I find it sad and a bit offensive. Didn't mean to sound harsh (why do I get the feeling I may never get another date with a provider?) but really if all you want is for me to: stick it in, have my "O", pull out then leave and give you a tip for the "wonderful service", It's time to rethink your career choice.
I'll grant you some guys think they are god's gift to women (believe me I know better than to think that) and are rude and inconsiderate but that does not seem to be the main point of her posting. She wants my money and that's all. She doesn't enjoy the sex or companionship or anything about the job.
