Want another? Pearl Harbor. Japan attacked US soil. Roosevelt declared war. Congress approved war. Look at all of the improvements and innovation that came out of that.

Want another? Obama tries to get some universal healthcare baby steps going on so that everyone had some affordable healthcare. His administration loved it.
