Next week I will be having my first experience with a well respected provider. I am very sexually inexperienced. Four, yes (4) experiences in my whole life. Two with providers one with women BFF's. I really need input, because the nerves will probably make things worse.

Hey Buzzworm, I'm older guy. if ya call 64 old. Two years ago I started having a problem similar to yours, just wouldn't get real hard, like when i was 20 . Dr checked me out, enlarged prostate, gave me 50 mg viagra, which seemed to help greatly, usualy had sinus headacke when taking them. I have been under lots of stress last few years, think that can be a contributing factor for a person. I was getting some over weight and out of shape. I started walking and doing other exersises almost dailey and a penis exersise I think it is called Kelleg exersise, someone on here will know the name. Look it up on your pc. Tells ya how to do it. Anyway by getting some what back in shape and doing those exersises has made my problem disapear, i still occasionally take a viagra just for that little extra boost. I think being relaxed is the biggie,, Sounds like you are a little wired up, i understand that been there. If you have a good provider she will make you relaxed and take good care of you. Good Luck

Hey Buzz, in light of your problem, alot of men have issues at different times, mine has been being able to return for round two as sometimes it is stubborn. I have tried a product on line called zenerect, it works very well, just gives you a slight headache. The advice on seeking further medical advice is by far your best option first however. After you see a few providers the nerves go away and it is shear exstacy, have fun and good luck.

I use the pump alot and it usually makes the guy get a good erection
