Breast Implants-what do you call them?

I was talking to a long retired hooker friend in her late 50's who has fallen on hard times these last few years who has huge bolt ons and her biggest fear is a bag letting go that she can't afford to have repaired.

I like 'em all. I had a GF years ago that was jealous of sunny side-up eggs...but those nipples were responsive! And then one with all natural 34 d's on a 110 pound frame...and she could hardly tell I was biting them. To each his or her own. They are all good in my book.
