I'm watching a local high level bridge being torn down in a rebuild, Im watching white, Union men and women, for the most part on those exposed beams everday, cutting concrete, Jackhammering, yes, I own my own Jackhammer, and used it many times, and I don't see any foreign looking types, nor, do I think many would get to join the local Ironworkes union, they are kinda restrictive to get in, I know a school mates father paid 25K to get him into the Pittsburgh Local after we graduated.

Point being its not illegals making 60 bucks an hour risking falling to your death, I see them around here, landscaping, and installing the metal porta garages, hardly critical infrastructure.
