If a provider accidentally gets pregnant from a hobbyist, can she file a lawsuit against him?

I can tell you now that not all provider are on birth control. Birth control pills aren't for everyone. They made me vomit every. single. day it was BAD! There is always plan B if there is an accident btw. I've never needed a Plan b pill. I've also never had a hobby baby and don't plan to. So no everyone's not a birth control and don't think all providers are because it's not true.

There is a guy who has in fact gotten a provider pregnant. She can very well sue him for child support, but nothing else. They were both idiots who made a mistake, but now he has left her after leading her to believe they were a couple. NO money was exchanged for six months after this decision, so she owes him ZERO discretion at this point. He was her boyfriend, not a client.

Being on the pill or some other form of BC is imperative in addition to condoms. It would probably be another miracle if I were to get pregnant again unless I was really trying, but I still use two forms of BC.

My thread was asking a question and bringing about how technicalities may work in her favor. However, you're telling me the whole case will be thrown out based on practicality.

IMO I think filing law suits for things involving sex including the passing of STD's is pretty lame.

Again I will not take something that I am allergic to NOR will I take something that makes me throw up every two minutes. Birth Control is not for everyone. Sorry if you think it is. It is not.
