Providers, do you ACTUALLY read the welcome letter you receive when you become a verfied provider?

i hardly ever read things of that nature unless it could have some serious future ramifications. I try not to bug the mods too much, so I'll read stickies and do a forum search before i ask a mod. i've learned a lot just by watching others
