No offense but you have a very utopian view of how things work, in the real world, once they walk into the room, regardless of whats said you are going to jail, LEO does not care if they get the conviction they just want the arrest, its the arrest or fear of it that gets the cooperating.

However, the previous post is right in that they will usually try to get you to commit to a "sex act" or something else in the statute in exchange for value... and that means ROSES or whatever word you want to use, any value exchanged for the the anticipation of services (I'm not quoting the statute).
The most important educational point (cuz all this is educational
), SAY NOTHING, when they reveal themselves except, "I want a lawyer." Then SHUT UP. Don't make excuses, don't say "that's not my purse" don't say a word. ANYthing you say can and will be used against you... and makes a prosecutors job easier, which increases the chance the charges (if you are charged, again...another process) will NOT be dropped.
Sidenote: Miranda is only a requirement if the police want to ask YOU questions and use it as evidence against you for the arrestable offense... maybe. Miranda is NOT a requirement should YOU talk and its not a requirement if they just want info they can use for something else. They have to inform you of your right to remain silent before they can question you formally or informally...maybe. If you waive that right by a big mouth, all bets are off.
so... to review, when a LEO is revealed, SHUT UP, except to invoke your right to an attorney...
of course... if you put that disclaimer on your ad, you know the one about this being a contract, and you agree you aren't a LEO by calling, you're safe from everything... BWAAHHAHAHA (that's a sarcasm alert
)
Happy Providing!
