I had 2 ferrets in oregon...they were a blast!
There's no real problem with the fact that this thread had been idle over 2 1/2 years, but since it's not hobby-related, it's being moved to the Sandbox.
Okie dokie. I just did a search for "iguana" because a provider friend mentioned that another provider had been looking for an incall location that was pet reptile friendly, and I have several reptiles as pets, so I figured I woukd try and find/meet the person sonce I could help her and we had something in common.
Venomous snakes are more akin to display animals rather than pets. Some free or hook handle, but people really shouldn't unless it's absolutely necessary to move the animal for a legitimate reason. Far too many people who keep hots show off and then get bit, destroying others' ability to responsibly keep them in the process. It's aggravating! I plan to get a few hots in 2017, but hobbyists won't be going anywhere near them for both the animal and tje person's safety. They're not there to see my animals after all...
Burmese pythons are beautiful animals. I want an albino male some day. The boys only get about 8-10 feet. More manageable.
