Running late is usually no big deal to me, just give me a heads up. Hell, ladies are supposed to be fashionably late!

Unless I am in jail, a hospital, or worse, I will always give notice of lateness or cancellation.

I have never been a ncns to a provider, although it has been done to me several times from well known ladies. i simply take them off my list :-) i myself have canceled appointments ahead of time and feel bad that i had to do that, but certainly not a ncns.
