I know a number of providers who record their hobby income, even those who have other jobs. They usually list it as consultant fees.

The IRS doesn't care whether you make your money legally or not. All they care about is that you properly declare your income.

A provider once told me that she only lists her income as per her reviews. That way if the IRS ever does figure out who she is, she can point to the fact that she claimed all of her income, lol.

Six bills an hour is too much for me. The most I've ever paid is $$$$/hr. That being said, the Olympian part does make it sound more exciting, and I can think of several Olympic athletes that I'd be interested in meeting.
