FYI.

Downtown Lawrence has been having a problems with people relieveing themselfs in the parking lots and alleyways. So LE has been looking for that a lot the last couple of years. The people who live and work downtown have gotten tired of it happening. I know in a few cases some of the judges have wanted to make a point. Not saying it will happen, but it could.
