Hey I don't normally look at the No's as bad. Everyone has a preference and hard to please everyone.

I was pleased to run across this thread while researching the GFX girls' presence in Austin. A different local agency lost my business specifically because of *not* handling this kind of thing. Thus far, my experience has been that GFX is sincere about the satisfaction promise. For anyone who uses agencies for convenience, it's sure nice to know that one is taking that approach and that there's recourse if something goes poorly.

My two experiences with GFX were awesome!!!!!!!! I batted 100 with GFX. Keep up good work GFX. You are my ATF agency!!

Hmm... Im here to bitch a little. Was very excited to see Mia Rider. Had appointment set up and everything. Got to incall a few minutes early. Received text from GFX asking my ETA is... Really? My ETA is the time we arranged the appointment for in the first place!
I text them back that im already there and a little early. They say Mia is running late and ask if can wait or see Liyla instead for $$ for the hour. I have no time to wait, the hour I booked is the hour I have to use, so I agree to see Liyla.

Liyla is a mess. Seemed totally uninterested, distracted, nervous, unprepared and oh yeah recovering from some sort of injury? Really? If you're hurt, then bench your ass! We do our deed and I finish. The bcd was pretty weak. As soon as I finish, not even 30 minutes into our session, Liyla cleans up and gets dressed and Im like wtf (Im here for an hour expecting msog sense Mia didn't show). The situation was crap from the beginning so I just didn't even have in me to start some sort of confrontation. I got dressed and left, some what physically satisfied but not in the business sense.

Not sure what happened that day but it seems GFX seriously dropped the ball. I was ready to treat myself to a pornstar as an early bday present but settled for pinch hitter that left me in off state of the hobby mind. The only positive thing of this ordeal was that I saved my self some money but still overall the whole deal was pretty sad.

I've been getting some bad press because of Liyla lately. The general consensus is she likes to "quit the game during half-time". I only wish this was brought to my attention sooner. No worries, Mrs. M would like to offer you 300 coveted GFX PTS. as well

Footnote: I wish I could control the inevitable such as: Acts of God, Acts of Nature, "Aunt Flo", Austin Traffic, Clients late for appts therefore making us late, but I can't.
Our models are instructed to be 10-15 mins early. If you are on-time you are late! Also, it is not our policy to schedule sick or injured models; I can only assume she was in dire straits and tried to be a trooper by pushing through the pain. Albeit honorable it is ill-advised.

Was contacted by GFX shortly after making my post. They offered compensation for the way prior events transpired. Sorry gents, I will not disclose any further details except that GFX has stepped up to rectify the situation with a courteous swift manner.

Both parties have stated their case.
