Let's be CLEAR here. Name changes are allowed and even common. Tigercat, you can change your name to TigerPussyMagnet if you want.

BUT...it's a name only. The account is the same. All posts, reviews, and history are still there. There is also no protection with "not associating old and new handles" since there is no separate account.

Mercianna chose to change her name. That is all. Pretty much everyone here has that option.

No one is hiding. That was expressly forbidden by the staff for exactly the reasons above.

So to summarize: new name <> new account.

Sounds like the hacked account has been saved.

Sounds like Mercianna decided to reactivate her account here.

So, we located Mercianna, we recovered the car, and we know Mercianna is now KittyLamour with a functional account here.

Short of an FBI investigation of the he said/she said aspects of the vehicle transaction, not sure what more we can learn here.

Perhaps YODAMASTER can use his spare time away from here to bring new understanding to this confused state.

Truth be told, Ameripro is a scam. He is a conartist who took advantage of me. The whole story he told is bs. He sold me the goddamn car. . Legally I did not have to give that car back. Standard procedure for the police, when they pick-up a vehicle is to either have that vehicle impounded, or taken to a location of the owner of the vehicle's choosing.

So there's a little discrepancy with regard to one of your stories, either his or yours. As it stands now, yours isn't exactly passing with flying colors...quite the opposite in fact.

Not to mention the fact that you can't have a vehicle picked-up/taken from private property by the police unless you are either the owner of the vehicle or the owner/manager of the property upon which the vehicle is located.
