Georgia Election Problems - Continued...

Now we are supposed to believe.......Sydney Powell ?

There is little or nothing useful in this thread. The only meaningful fact is Trump calling up election officials and asking for votes to be found.......for him.
... The BEST in GA Election NEWS - right here:

... Yes, 'Sapper - that WAS the link that I mentioned.
That shows that Georgia has (at least) 20,000
Unsubstantiated votes... From tabulations that DIDN'T EXIST!

Which is, of course, WHY Fulton County won't turn over
the ballots for inspection. ...

The secret's OUT! ...

No doubt when Next Year's Investigation is completed
- heads are surely gonna roll ....

So, let me get this straight, NaCl-y....

You are just pissed that "the letter of the law" was not followed completely?

*OR*

You do not care that the will of the voters was carried out. As proofed by multiple recounts that DID NOT change OR SHOW they would have changed the course of the election.

AGAIN, you are mad that the peoples choice was honoured?

The emphasis of this thread seems to be on procedural matters that were overlookied.......that make no difference at all in the election result.

And very little discussing character - what comes to mind is the character of Trump, the candidate, making phone calls to election officials.
... The phone calls that Trump made were to Georgia's own
Brad Raffensperger - the Sec. of State - and why?? ... To have
a Judge review the complaint that was made by whistleblowers:

That 20,000 "votes" were created out of thin air.

... FAKE. ... And STILL waiting to see them.

... But, NOW the Georgia Board of Elections wants to see 'em ALSO!

And why?? ... For Truth, Justice and The American Way! ...

then COVER IT UP?? ... Why not - as President Trump wanted - then
take it to a Judge to review? ... How long might THAT take? ... A week?

.... And, of course we STILL have the ballot issue.

... But PLEASE keep reading! ...

"The basis for these claims is that Fulton County admitted to sloppy election administration and not following a State Election Board rule," Sinners said in an email. "There is no mechanism in law to overturn the election based on not following this rule – as it wasn’t even part of the election code – it was a procedural rule."

""Based on the reports from appointed monitors who were on site in Fulton County reviewing the conduct of the election – there was sloppiness that needed improvement, but outright fraud was not a concern," Sinners said."

I am posting links to support my POV. Why don't you do the same. Post something that states fraud was found and invalidated ballots.
... FRAUD is a concern - NOW! ... As we see that the whistleblowers
were CORRECT with their claims.

... It's surely laughable - that those "fact checkers"
who claim to be "in the know" can be so wrong.

And stating that the "singing off on the tabulation rolls" was NOT
a requirement at that time is INACCURATE and WRONG.
Rule 183-1-14-.02(15) WAS in-place for the 2020 November election.
It was originally passed in 2003 - when Georgia adopted the (DRE)
Direct Recording Equipment voting machines.

... However, the rule defining the use and process for optical scanners
(BMDs as opposed to DREs) was necessary because of the perchase of
the Dominion Voting System. ... The rule was adopted in 2020 January
and became effective two months later. ... Had it not been, there
would have been no applicable rules for the 2020 election.

However, the statute SPECIFICALLY requires the tapes (official returns)
to be signed and Certified and DOES include those for advance voting.

... See? ... Rules and Laws surely need to be followed.

##### Salty
... Rules governing the chain of custody and tabulations are
important because they permit elementary accounting controls
to be carryed out ensure the integrity of the election.

... The FAILURE of Fulton County to uphold this part of
the process in the 2020 election is NOT disputed by the
Fulton County attorneys. And it is NOT disputed by Raffensperger's
office - even if he surely downplays the need to follow state
rules and laws. And the need to be truthful and honest with voters.

... Now, SpeedRacer is well aware that I cannot show Georgia's
claim that actual votes and/or ballots are Fraudulent - as to
this point then have not yet said.

... But in a great sign of seriousness - the Georgia Board of Elections
has referred these issues to both the Georgia Attorney General and
the US Department of Justice for examination and further investigation.

... So, Keep the Faith, mates! ... ... MORE to be revealed!
