Date-Check requires providers to assign a number to a hobbyist they have seen.
It's been a while since anyone has contacted me through it, but I think some of the ratings were:
1= I do NOT recommend him
2= I recommend with reservations
3= I recommend
4=?
5= My highest recommendation
I may be off on the count. 1 might be NCNS and "No" might be a 0.
Anyway, the basic idea is you just assign a number to the hobbyist. You don't actually review him LOL!
He can't see what he's been rated.
Example: if another provider sees he has a "recommend with reservations" she can contact that lady and find out that he shorted her so she might choose to book but just count the money upfront, or he forgot about the date and didn't come until the provider called him, so be sure to confirm the night before, etc.
TER has a whitelist for each hobbyist which is just a list of providers who have given that hobbyist an "OK". Very similar to P411 oks.
The difference is that TER is a review board, so if a hobbyist has reviewed dozens of ladies and hasn't received many/any Whitelist OKs, his reviews may not be real, or maybe there are just a whole lot of ladies who would not see him again.
