I am retired from the thread but since a question was asked. Hot girls can be seen everywhere, even in small villages. And I live in the most upscale part of town. My neighbourhood was built for architechture contest in the Soviet Block countries back in the late 50's. The infrastructure is significantly better than any other part of the city. It is situated alongside a huge seaside garden.
