I completely disagree with this. I've dropped my rates super low and it's still been dead (ages ago). I have good TCB and my reviews speak for themselves. I used to believe what you said and was constantly dropping my rates thinking I was ugly or some shit during the slow periods. Sometimes it's just dead. Saying you're overpricing yourself is basically saying you're not good enough to charge such and such. That's not very nice and I refuse to see a gent who thinks like this. Instead of belittling women and making them feel like they aren't worth their rate just find someone that you can afford. I don't see why men feel they need to belittle a woman (yes telling her she's not worth her rate is considered an insult) to try and get a lower rate.

Some women are having slow business but eventually over time they will realize it's normal. Providing income is like waves. Some weeks you make a couple grand. Some weeks you make less than a grand. Just have to learn to start saving for the slow times. Don't put yourself in such a bind that you feel you HAVE to drop your rates because men say you're not worth it. Fuck that noise.

I have found that new pics help business pick up often. Also I invest more time for my regulars. I make sure they feel appreciated with videos and pics before anyone else. Now my business is steady and I'm happy where I'm at. I love my body, I provide great service, and I charge what I feel I'm worth. If someone doesn't agree then there's hundreds of other providers they can see. See it's simple. I won't whine that every single client doesn't want to fuck me and men shouldn't whine that some girls charge too much. If you can't afford them then don't see them. Don't damage their reputation or make them feel ugly just to get a discount.

I am glad that this discussion is happening. Good to hear both sides. I think the biggest thing that can come out of this is that there is someone for everyone. Be it providers for hobbyist. Or hobbyists for providers. Main things are to have fun. And have respect. It does go both ways.

This is a business. Woman have the right to charge what they see fit. And guys have right to choose what is in their budget.

I will say marketing goes along way. Take Sonya. Good lord those ads in black leather. Wow!! Haha. Socials I have mixed feelings on. Yes you can meet a lady. But the one I went too ladies I had little time to mingle as some of the guys monopolized their time. I think I have seen this a couple times written from other hobbyists. Also. A mysterious lady can be sexy also. And from what it seems. It just giving free looks to guys who don't set appointments with the ladies.

I'm not sure why people still believe it's because their rates are high that business is slow. Some ladies here have the lowest rates of all and they are struggling to make ends meets. I, personally, have done super low rates and I've found that I have to deal with more idiots than if I have my rates where I'm comfortable with. I get the same ups and downs regardless of where my rate is. I rather only see 5 gents a week than 2-3 a day. So now my rate is where I'm comfortable and I have steady business (hence the lack of ads). And if anyone deserves the low rates it would be the regulars. Some of my regulars get amazing discounts because they've been seeing me for years. I rather give the discount to a client that deserves it instead of a client fishing for the cheapest provider he can bang. If rates really bother some of the hobbyists then maybe checking out the street ladies would be best for them?

The other thing that the gals have to think about is - what if lowering my rates doesn't increase volume? Then it's more lost revenue and it's hard to raise your rates... lose/lose.

And let me just say one thing about the Premium Price ladies. I've sampled more than a few, and most of them had a special zing that made the price worthwhile. IJS... I often feel that I get more Bang-For-The-Buck with them. I'd rather have two special ladies than three average ones.

I will not attempt to discuss anyone's rates and their choices. Hookernomics is a lot more complicated than what meets the eyes. This is not an open market in which the seller OR the buyer can line up products and do a simple comparison, there are several blind spots and, while review boards allow for buyers to make "better" informed decisions, that decision is only "better" because it fits his likes, his means, and his availability.

From the seller part, we cannot compare our product to others as if we were coffeemakers. One feature does not make it more desirable than another, it only attracts a different market segment. Then, there is the very simple concept that we, as an individual, are a limited supply item. I, Camille, can only be available to entertain so many times a month, so many times a year, etc until I retire. I do not get to sell my brand, to pass my business to my child, to leave it to charity. What I make is what I make.

Another point is, for myself: I get to see the people who really want to see me and, because I truly understand the importance of their investment, I am fully devoted to be THERE. I feel like it's a lot more like a real date than anything else. I enjoy their company and they enjoy mine. It doesn't matter if someone had to save for months to see me, or if that person makes so much that my rate is how much they tip me at the end, I am just like everyone else and understand the value of money. I respect it and know that they did not randomly chose me. It makes things special.

Funny thing is, no matter at what price range you are, there will always be someone who will try to lower your rates. Always. Is that the person you want to spend time with?

Camille, I've never gone above 250/hour, and I have some favorites that I enjoy within that range who provide exceptional service, but I may have to make an exception and pay a visit to you, to see what I'm missing.

Mature, I am a lot like you in ways. And will agree with how you handle things, should be common among gents. Like you, I stick to that average rate myself as I only hobby once a week or every other week (much less than my college days). The budget has been comfortable and allows to sneak in perhaps a double or extended session once in a while with ladies more in line with what I am comfortable with. This also allows me more flexibility to take on other rw ventures, while also not overdoing it. I'd say if you or anyone are thinking about meeting Camille, I have nothing but good things to say and would highly recommend to anyone who is curious meeting her, even if it is just once or a fruitful relationship of more visits to follow. And yes, you will think differently about sessions with other women afterward.

As for the socials comment earlier, there are good and bad things that come with them. Sure, they are a free look at women you might otherwise not make appointments with. However, might as well meet someone there then waste someone's time later in a bad or awkward session. I had booked 3 appointments on meeting girls at socials alone in the last year and the visits turned out great having met them and already having familiarity and rapport before stepping into the door. They are also a healthy way to talk to someone about what is going on (people doing the same thing you're doing), without hiding all the time from whatever rw people you hide this from. Not to mention share info. I donno how many showcases guys showed me, or recommended seeing someone (even if the girl wasn't there) and then I went and saw who they were talking about. I have met some great friends, taken some amazing dates, and shared some great adventures with people attending the socials. I get it, the hobby means something different to everybody, but talking with someone and sharing information in person is a great way to at least talk about it with someone else one time a month. Sure, someone may be monopolizing a lady's time there, but take note of who it is, and monopolize their time later in a session if they look attractive to you and their rate fits your budget after you go home and look them up. Socials are great for the community and glad they are going on. They are not for everyone, but I have had more good come out of them then not. I personally take enjoyment meeting everyone there. I do hope to attend more in Austin this year as the two I caught last year were fantastic. Thanks again CK.
