According to eccie guidelinesI understand that, but on more than one occasion by more than one mod I have had that translated as: I cannot reveal what YOU write to ME since that would invade YOUR privacy. However I can reveal what I wrote to SOMEONE (not defined) because that does not invade anyone's privacy but my own, and I own that.

Not saying that was the original intent, or that all mods would see it that way, but some clearly do.
The same thing with revealing things that I originally put in private markings--I have every right to make MY comments public at a later date so long as it does not divulge anyone else's comments/handles from the private realm.
