Weight training anyone?

Boot Camp 2X a week at 24Hr and resistance training 1X a week. That lets me drink all the beer and eat all the bar food I want without gaining weight.
Ok....i got blood work done and all that stuff...test levels are good, but I am into my 4 day of getting Test Cipronate (aka cypionate) and let me tell u wow! Major strength increase! If you do it right and are under the care of a physician....why not try it!? Originally Posted by ApolloSteele

You need to look into esters. Cypionate ester doesn't cleave that fast man, when it actually does you will really feel it. your in for a nice treat

Get a personal trainer for starters to get acquainted with the gym. Have them write you out a beginners split and just stay consistent.

I looked into it and I think its more of a confidence thing for me this early. I cant wait for the full effect!

Any gym is fine. Interview the personal trainers at whatever gym you decide. Your not obligated to the one they may try to assign you to.My personal preference is lifetime fitness.

Simple, if someone looks far above average they have both the personal experience and the knowledge of how to create a good physique. I'm embarrased for what passes in the health industry these days 90% of trainers and "serious" athletes don't look like they have ever been into a gym

No problem, Apollo did they put you on TRT? What dosage and permanently?

I am starting out with Test cyp @ 2 ml@ 400mg a dose.

My mistake DFW, 250 mg = 1ml, so I got 500 mg...i was thinking it was 200 mg per ml.

The best exercise to do......is the one you WILL do.
