Both times she took calls she apologized for it. So she knew it was inappropriate. I felt my request was reasonable and thats why I have no explanation for the reaction.

THN, i agree that communication is very important in these consultations.
they dont call it intercourse for nothing :^) (*)
I called up a provider I have seen a few times before and asked her to come over.
i dont think they were in an OTC friendship when this happened.
regardless, faux pas on her.
and, full disclosure, i've committed faux pas in the past.

As you can see where you quoted me I said, "...you have to communicate what is acceptable and not acceptable if you are OTC friends." .according to this in eldiablo's first post...
