Best BBQ? Rudy's vs Texas Road House

Texas Roadhouse really isn't BBQ :/ they are more of a steakhouse. Being Texas born and bread I must say there is a difference between a BBQ place and a steak house. The only things they have that are bbq is bbq chicken and they put sauce on their ribs. They center around steaks though. Originally Posted by thatgirlbailey

Ok before some of ya'll get the pitchforks out I only believe that halfheartedly while I do like some BBQ sauces I for one don't like BBQ sauce that is sweet which is probably why I don't like Rudy's BBQ so my theory is whether I get sauce or not it will always be on the side!!

GFX MODELS LOVE BLACKS BBQ!

The big Bibb, Rusty bucket, Texas pride....true bbq joints
Rudy's, Salt Lick, Blacks... can't really go wrong at any of them! Besides my backyard Kamado grill! Yee Hah!
Many moons ago I knew & worked with the boys that ended up with Kentucky Roast Beef.. part of the then KFC brand... them boys could make some Ribs & beans to die for-- and THEY served it with Corn Bread & Slaw... damn good stuff.. & it was "Finger Lickin Good" too
