Unfortunately, it's not nearly as cut and dried as a person might think. It's important to know a person's history before deciding how to deal with a violation, which means having access into that person's account. It seems to me, you wouldn't be hiring "someone off the streets", maybe a former provider? Screening is what you do after all. And they would not necessarily have to have access to accounts, but only screen ads and pass violations on to another one of your more trusted staff. Having just joined, I liked the ads, I know that providers pay a hefty fee for the ads as many have commented so. But it's your business, you should know how best to move forward from here. But I must say, your offer to "take our business elsewhere" was not that good of a move after just cutting services. Even though it was meant for one, many are taking it to heart. It just makes it look like you don't value your clients loyalty... my opinion
Problem is, it's just not humanly possible for me to monitor the board very well. There were simply too many Ads and too many violations. If I can't manage it and do it well.... a person off the street won't be able to either.
Always,
