SCOTUS and The Travel Ban

FWIW I totally agree with the decision. Never said otherwise. As long as those with a currently valid visa are allowed into the U.S. I don't think it will do any good but now it's time to start the 90 day/120 day clock and move on to the real issue -- Originally Posted by SpeedRacerXXX

It will be interesting to see what happens.
It was imo the latter. They knew people (especially the leftists) would froth at the mouth if it was longer than 120 days..

They are just talking shit and blowing it out of their asses.

Here's the "reality" ... "Go get your family documents"!

Heck, the FBI couldn't even scrutinize the DNC server!

Remember when it was revealed the vetters weren't even checking immigrant smart phones?

With the reduction in "free money", I think the number of entrance seekers will be reduced naturally.

Catch 22!

Instructions ....

1. Here is a list of documents we need for the review.
2. When you have ALL THE DOCUMENTS GATHERED ON THE LIST then submit them with your APPLICATION in person at this office.

Be safe, you hear?

Now, take another look at the pic where Hussain's house is located where he has the family Quran stashed.
Good point. Those in CHARGE can give all the promises they want. if the people DOING THE paper pushing don't do THEIR job right, it matters little what those promises were..

The same goofballs who are talking shit about "vetting" fugitives are the same ones who proudly announced that "you can keep your insurance if you want it" and "you can keep your doctors" if you want them! Gruber is still laughing his ass off.

And anyone who parrots their bullshit is a dumbass or a liar.

We have similar examples of verification problems in this country after natural disasters of verifying documents proving identity and authenticity. The "news" about ISIS taking control of at least "print shops" that were creating fake travel documents is apparently lost of those who want to ridicule the POTUS and his efforts to control who comes into this country, which the POTUS says is UP TO THE POTUS ... SO LONG AS IT DOES NOT VIOLATE THE EXISTING STATUTORY SCHEME.

BACK TO MY POINT: The clerk/administrator overseaing processing the paperwork CONTROLS who comes in and who doesn't. They can turn down their application for: failure to produce authenticated documents to demonstrate nationality and family ties.....and they can keep them in the "administrative process revolving door" until they produce acceptable, verified documents.

The "fake wife" participating in the San Bernardino shooting was the result of inadequate investigation and "cultural" correctness .... not to mention copious amounts of sentimental bullshit over "romance"!

If the process is not "perfect" hopefully the Trump investigation will find those problems and fix them. I think that that speaks volumes for the current vetting processes.

Before he went on a shooting rampage, "Doctor" Henry Bello was a Nigerian immigrant and Dominican medical student working at a New York hospital on an education permit that expired in July 2016 ... and he was still in this country two years after he was told to quit or be fired. According to New York state records, there is no medical license on file for "Doctor" Henry Bellow.

Your same conclusion proves the so called "strict vetting" doesn't work, as well as at least one terror attack in which the "strict vetting" failed a room full of co-employees have a party! Unless, of course, you want to show more of your ignorance and claim that the "strict vetting" process you claim was established during the Bush administration was only applied to the six countries on Obaminable's "watch list" that are the same as those on Trump's ban list!

See "Comey" ... your HERO! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rizwan...Tashfeen_Malik

"Malik was born in Pakistan but lived most of her life in Saudi Arabia.[11][24][34]..."

"Comey said that the FBI's investigation had revealed that Farook and Malik were "consuming poison on the Internet" and both had become radicalized "before they started courting or dating each other online" and "before the emergence of ISIL."[55][57] As a result, Comey said that "untangling the motivations of which particular terrorist propaganda motivated in what way remains a challenge in these investigations, and our work is ongoing there."[55]"

"strict vetting" .... narrow focus on paperwork presented by the applicant.

Your "proof" is not "proof" of anything ... other than you are an ignorant carpetbagger, who pretends to know it all .... Unless you desire to admit your "proof" shows there was not "strict vetting"! You should stick with riding bicycles and showing off your ass in your tight bicycle shorts! That way you can get rid of the training wheels sooner.

BTW: How many passports do you have?
