Without corporations, there is no employment. Corporations are set up to collect the withholding tax that is sent to the government before employees actually get their paychecks.

Corporations also prevent the employee from getting personally sued for doing his job.

Half my old unit works for Delta and make a real nice living with great benefits. They’ll just pop on over to Paris or London to party for the weekend, no charge. Hopefully the taxpayers give them some love, those buddy passes are sweet.
