Is Jackstack and Smokehouse owned by the same people?

Sneads in Martin City was always good but I think that's the Jack Stack now. There's a place like around 80 something and Wornall that's a hole in the wall but good.

Bryant’s is the best in the state.
For the price and the portions.
Will get enough for two if you order it to go, in just one sandwich.

Yes, I'm sorry...Haywards is what I meant. I haven't eaten there in a couple of years, so maybe it has gone downhill, but it was excellent before that. Originally Posted by Smoking Monkey

This place is great. Hands down the best BBQ in KC!
Well ate at a new place that is one of the best I;ve been to for a long time.

I usually do beef, pork and turkey/chicken, mulit sauces, beans and slaw.
Did not have time for all three meats for this time so I will have to go back soon for a full review.

Pulled pork 10
beef ?
Turkey/chickken ?
Chicago sauce 10
Sweet sauce 9 (Taylor;s sauce was an 11 the other night!)
Original 3
Slaw 8
Beans 7

Pretty good overall

Great price, great food good back for more as soon as the coast is clear!
What is your favorite? Found a new place? I needed a new AFT for bbq and other special events. That will be a different kind of review however! Originally Posted by ss4699

I know you all in KC don't hear much about St. Louis Style BBQ, but I feel I am quite the connoisseur.

If any of you need recommendations for St. Louis - I will be happy to help out.
