I get the whole "look asshole, if you think it might even conceivably amount to rape you shouldn't ever do it" argument (feminists who argue marriage is rape aside), but "what's rape" is a not a completely pointless thing to think about if one of your top-level life goals is "not raping".

Thankfully, providers have figured out to get paid first and that solves most of the not getting paid issue (aside from the guys who are willing to hit them to get the money back- but other than real screening with real names I don't see a way around that).
