I'd say no since everyone should be going in having the notion and agreement of donating for time. Donations, in theory, should never be discussed nor mentioned. No matter what happens bcd, it is irrelevant, to a point (see below). Now if the lady is not compensated for her agreed amount of time (sex does not even have to be part of it, could be anything), then it's theft.

Now if the provider strictly asks for X amount for X service, we have other issues at hand I think.

In either case, if a gent goes outside the boundaries of the provider and forces himself onto a lady after she declines to see him, or declines a certain activity, then it could be rape whether a donation is left or not. Just my thoughts, but who knows.

Not rape if they had consensual sex first. If he doesnt pay after he broke a verbal agreement to pay. But the contract wont be enforced by a court. So no crime is comitted. It would be a civil matter not a criminal case.

The odds of a provider raping a dude seem kind of low, so who else should be thinking about what constitutes rape?

I get the whole "look asshole, if you think it might even conceivably amount to rape you shouldn't ever do it" argument (feminists who argue marriage is rape aside), but "what's rape" is a not a completely pointless thing to think about if one of your top-level life goals is "not raping".

Rape is when you force sex on someone else.
Theft of services, is when you sleep with someone, and don't compensate them after you agreed to.

Thankfully, providers have figured out to get paid first and that solves most of the not getting paid issue (aside from the guys who are willing to hit them to get the money back- but other than real screening with real names I don't see a way around that).

I think when it happens to a lady you can feel raped or robbed.
You feel taken advantage of and well if you didn't get the donation up
front and he left you may even feel a little stupid. (IMO)

What is given out is only based upon agreement that it has or is
being compensated for. What they agree is being given out and how
much is between the original party but point is we know there
is something for something. When you go and take something and
this agreement is not into play then well, you can feel that way and

thinking she was doing something she was agreeing to when reality is

FWIW when you and I met up you always paid me in advance. Maybe that will narrow it down for you.
