Will Eccie go dark again on SEPTEMBER 1, 2019? NEW TEXAS SEX CRIMES: THE ONLINE PROSTITUTION LAWS EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2019

I think you have a point there to be honest. I don't think the state is willing to spend the extra money it will cost to inforce this late if you really think about it. And in order to shut the sites down they would need access to them to get the evidence needed to do so which is where screening comes in ladies.
Under the influence of a little alcohol, I got to thinking a little more (always a potential source of problems).

Who is going to enforce this law? The state attorney general, as I recall, has no law enforcement authority; he represents the state of Texas in civil cases. Law enforcement in Texas is largely a local responsibility. Would DPD, FWPD, APD, SAPD, etc., use the new statute to investigate and try to take down ECCIE? P411? Listcrawler? Rubratings? It would seem like that would entail an investigative effort that exceeds the normal operational capacity of a local LEO. I dunno; I'm just trying to noodle this out. Also they would need access to sites like p411 which is not easily gained and not based in US which in turn causes jurisdiction issues. Just up your game on screening ladies if we don't go dark we will be fine I'm sure.

That's sort of my point. Texas doesn't spend the money (at least as I'm thinking). The state police is the DPS, with the Texas Rangers under DPS authority. By and large, I would think, the expenditures have to come from local PDs -- unless the DPS decided that bringing down this site and others would merit the use of the resources necessary to do so, a possibility I'll certainly allow for. Like I said, just trying to noodle this out, and, as has been observed before, we're not getting much help from management, ownership, or Shyster Jon and the other legal eagles here.
Now is the time for all good men and women to keep in touch with, and take very good care of all ther good regulars. Some regulars have friends and life can still go on in a very pleasurable way.

For all the no life trolls that are addicted to ec....that's really gonna suk for you guys Originally Posted by Tsmokies

The only thing that really goes away is our ability to post ads and reviews but nothing else changes. In fact those with regulars don't need any site at all.

You guys really believe TX won't be doing stings and sweeps because of funds? When LE wants to move in, they'll do it! and many will fall. Always keep your guard up people

if Texas wants to nail a website, Listcrawler advertises WAY MORE ladies than this site. and there are many "Bad Actors" utilizing Listcrawler, I see next to none here. just saying..

As long as P411 don't go down, we are all good.
They got the BEST search engine from ANY board.
They got all client OKs with provider contact info.
They are not in the USA.
"Available Now" = 17
AND they don't make you jump through hoops
to get a damn phone number, rates, or menu

Meanwhile, LE will hit harry hines SW hoe stroll
FEDs will hit the message boards, armed with NEW laws.

The Federal Bureau Investigation seized Backpage.com on April 6th,
a move commended by the Department of Justice.Apr 13, 2018
This had nothing to do with Texas LE.
Texas corrupt officials have to take a back seat.

Heh.

If they went after mass shootings this hard, we'd be a much better country.
