Slave G "Playful One"... you are an incredible woman and we aren't worthy! Now step your bad self on over here!!!

Woo Hoo! Happy New Year everyone!
I don't do contracts. The ladies don't want their real names out there and neither do I. So we go on a hand shake and trust. I'm an escort and photographer, so I totally understand the need for privacy. This +1000
The ladies trust that I will not do anything to their photos unless asked permission. If she retires and wants her photos taken down from my site, I take them down immediately... Also, the lady has the option of a watermark or not. I give them both if asked...
Thanks for the promotion ya'll!
I love my job(s)
Happy New Year!

1) You look smoking hot in your show case pictures!
2) If thats "you" who took those? LOL
I'll be starting a national thread before long about BIG ASS BANNERS across pictutres and "Copy Rights". I hope photographers like your self get a lot of new business once that threAD gets started.

I agree that he shouldn't have touched your photo, period. As someone who knows a little about graphic design, changing the size and placement or even removing it all together is quite simple if you have the originals. You do fine work, so don't let his criticisms get to you. Xo Originally Posted by Tracy Auburn

It is usual and customary for a photographer to release the copyright is exchange for a fee, as BCD stated.
Legally, removing a copyright mark from a photo is STEALING and misappropriating another person's property for your our gain (monetary, notoriety, reputation, etc.). Legally, it's just plain wrong. Originally Posted by LilMynx69

The art I create and the services I provide are not out of the ordinary and some people just don't respect an artist or their "rights" to work. If any of you travel through KC (on tour) feel free to PM me to have coffee, grab a beer or book a shoot with me - I'd be happy to stamp my insanely large offensive watermark on you! ;p
The photographer deserves to have his emblem on the picture. It's his work, and saying it must be removed is unreasonable and puts the calender creator in the same category with those agencies and corporate interests who would exploit an artist's work. Not very good company.
Sure, this isn't for profit and is just for fun, but making such a rule is creating an unnecessary obstacle to getting the best final product. BCD is offering the photos, highly skilled and professional work, for free and only asks that his unobtrusive label be on it. It's ungrateful to complain about it. Originally Posted by Petruchio

You should be grateful that you got added exposure instead of being a fucking Prima Donna! How often are you showing your hooker shots? And to who are you showing them? How about the ladies who don't want their faces revealed? Are you making sure that you retain rights to show their facial images unblurred with your artistic rights?
