Interesting information about how Walmart is trying to lessen the impact of Trump's tariffs. A lot of the avoidance strategy we mentioned months ago is involved. The supply chain diversification they are using is not something that can be easily replicated

Their Model T, Ecar truck platform is in 2026, at 30k, with no tax relief.

You have to innovate, and simplify production and assembly.

Postal services in Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Italy said they will stop shipping most merchandise to the U.S. effective immediately. France and Austria will follow Monday, and the United Kingdom Tuesday

Great job, tariffman. You stupid, fat fuck. Originally Posted by tommy156

My last and only order from Europe was to get a matching French Army Goretex camo lower for the upper layer I got here, great product, but it does make you throw your gun down, and immediately surrender.

And once our company worked for a week at the Buffalo post office hub, the carts of incoming international mail, sat for the entire time we were there.

Such a hardship.

Canada drops many of its retaliatory tariffs on the U.S. https://share.google/hmeW6jHgv2Ox29yUw

Hey Buddy, Canada is dropping most of its retaliatory tariffs.

That's called winning eh? Originally Posted by Devo

Also, that's not a lot of tariffs to come off. Mostly symbolic, so don't throw a party yet.

Most of tsriffs and duties are already set by the USMCA and those pretty much remain, plus the additional tariffs on steel, aluminum and autos remain. The Buy Canadian boycott remains. Our booze still isn't on their shelves like it was. And they're still not spending their tourist dollars here.

So... yay?

And knock it off with the anecdotes. Millions of Americans order millions of things to be shipped here by the EU. This has nothing to do with you or me anecdotally. This is just another way trump is fucking this country to hell and back.
