Why are coaches ONLY mentioned when the team loses? That's another load of bullshit from a spoiled, uneducated fanbase.

I have always credited Chuck noll for building and bringing a philosophy to the steelers that made them the team they were.

I’m gonna take a stab at guessing the outcome. My heart says Steelers but my brain saw that shitshow last week. We play better but lose a low scoring game.
Hoping last week was just a really, really bad day.
If it’s just as bad as last week, the crowd will get nasty quick.

Looks like the same Steelers over the past 5yrs. Can’t block anybody, can’t tackle anybody. Unless something miraculous happens, I see the same happening. But hey, it’s the NFL. Anything can happen.

It’s only the 1st qtr, maybe the worst NFL game I’ve ever watched.

A wins a win. But it was ugly.

The good:
Defense, Warren, Pickens, punter had a good day.
The bad:
Everything else.

The defense was good? How many yards rushing did they give up? I would say Watson provided the D some gifts. Other than that, they weren’t very good either.

More blaming coaches, as usual. Kenny sucks, guys. Matt Canada sucks and the O-line too, but so does Kenny. It's better to acknowledge that sooner rather than later. He should absolutely be holding a clipboard this season behind Trubisky. But they won't bench the golden boy because the homers will lose their minds.

I thought Tomlin might bench Kenny yesterday. But I wouldn’t yet. With Mitch, we know what we have. Kenny at least gives some minimal amount of hope that he somehow turns into a good QB.
I’m not holding my breath on that but I just wouldn’t go back to Mitch until we’ve given Kenny at least a few more games. But man, agree Kenny looks bad. His accuracy and field awareness are terrible.
One silver lining is we just played 2 of the best defenses in the NFL and got a split….so I guess there’s hope.

Kenny was bad no doubt. In fairness, he had very little time, no run game and was co Stanly pressured. He's young and has happy feet because of the pressure. That falls on the oline first and foremost. It's too early to write him off just as I had said in the preseason, don't get so excited about this offense. He needs help from the online. He isn't Ben who could throw off a 250 linebacker, scramble and make something out of nothing. He needs a running game to slow the defenses down and an extra second or two in the pocket
