So.. germane question in relation to this. What about a person who snags an elite level GMAT score-- but opts to go to a lesser school due to financial and geographical concerns.The problem is that I don't even get to interview these people in your scenario. The interviewing process starts off with talent acquisition, and then to a manager, and then to a Sr. Manager and then to a Director. I don't even get to talk to them because they dismiss them. I would happily hire them. I don't care where they went to school if they can do the job.

I don't know if they let students design case studies based on their real world business experience, but if so you could probably come with one that would entertain your profs and classmates. Go get a job if you are who I think you are and don't worry about me. Worry about your employment or lack there of. Don't worry about me. Originally Posted by Lucas McCain

Someone may be Oriented to Person and Place, but obviously not to Time ;I wasn’t comparing my own academic credentials since I don’t believe I have mentioned what they are other than I went to public schools. I do know all about the bullshit of the Ivy Leagues though because half of my family went to them and the places are more or less self sustaining PR machines that grant their sacred credentials to everyone who shows up.
The year now is 2020 ; It's not 2016 anymore.
Friendly sounds a little belligerent tonight !
I wouldn't mess with The Rifleman !
Remember that opening sequence on his show ;
He comes out firing and then gives you that cold ass stare !
And for anyone in need of Information (if they are capable of processing it) ;
I assure you my academic achievements exceed yours,I'm not an IT guy.
So don't give me any of that self-righteous,smug,condescending,d ismissive bullshit. It doesn't get over on me. Originally Posted by sportfisherman

My experience has been similar to The Rifleman.
Those items you listed ; The "AT" stands for Admission Test.Those are tests you take to gain entrance to a University or to a Post Graduate course of study.
I took those tests 40 years ago.Let's just say I took them once and I never had to re-sit for them.I always got admitted.
Once in you have to make the grades and graduate with the Degrees.
The degrees are on my wall.
In my profession nobody gives a fuck about your SAT score.
For the most part I can be in any situation and not feel as if I have to take a back-seat to anybody as far as my academics,profession,or intellect.
And I certainly don't need you or anyone else on this board to let me know if I "measure up". Originally Posted by sportfisherman
