They are watching Online, Places of Business, even the Airport.

Here's an excerpt from a recent article:

It’s no secret what goes on in FS spas. The appearance is a dead giveaway. Dark windows, metal cage door at the entrance and girls dressed in provocative clothes. As long as the spa isn’t becoming a public nuisance (people complaining) they get to operate freely. As also observed, if a political statement can be made by busting them, it time to shut them down.

All it takes is an inspector to observe a violation, a condom, sex toys, mattresses on the floor, proof of human trafficking, scantly clad women, walk in on illegal inappropriate activity, etc to start investigation. No Complaints Needed. Guys, we have to be smarter with our assessments and not be so naive to what's going on around us.
No link to the article??? Smh..
Mental..we know they are subject to inspection, that is an obvious situation. Thank you for adding this.

I don’t see anything particularly new about the clipped content. What is new(ish) is the ability of the TDLR to immediately shutter (at least temporarily) a business through the emergency powers authorized by the state several years ago. The rest of it is developing a case for charges to be filed using established investigative techniques and existing statutes that have been used for some time now in this ongoing war against trafficking.
so they followed them all the way from the airport to the massage parlor and god knows where else? lol, where is this energy for actual criminals?
I've noticed the TDLR shutdowns are touted in the media as anti-trafficking actions by TDLR. I've yet to find a single case where any of the owners were ever charged with human trafficking. The actions taken by TDLR are for administrative violations.Human trafficking is very difficult to prove in court. Is there human trafficking in the spas? Absolutely.Only in rare instances will you ever know about it. For me it's only been twice, both times occurred in 2019. The women never told me they were trafficked.I doubt if they even knew. The mind games played on these women would rival anything straight out of a CIA manual.
