In this case for that time period I would have to say YES!

War was over, people were loving free , music was good, life was fun. Drinking age was 18, no war on drugs, pot was almost legal.
Okay, Jimmy Carter was president, but at least we had his brother Billy Carter.
Only downside was gas was pricey at $1.00 a gallon.

I missed NIN due to being in the middle of moving from Dallas to San Antonio I need to start looking into upcoming concerts and the good music venues here
