We face the same issue with providers. For many ladies, good hygiene is YMMV.

Don't just hop in the shower and let the water hit you and think that is good enough either. I've had guys get out of the shower and still have pissy, stinky balls and shitty assholes and actually leave shit stains on the towel they dried off with. If you just showered properly you shouldn't be leaving shit stains anywhere. Lather up a wash cloth with lots of soap and wash every inch of it. If you're not sure if you ass is clean enough take one of your fingers and touch your asshole and then smell it. If you smell shit try again. I enjoy giving the boys attention but if I smell shit I won't be down there more than a few seconds.
Also, while we are on this topic, if the first thing you do is walk in and take a piss please do me the courtesy of wiping the pee off of your dick afterwards. My tongue is not a wash cloth.
