Why would rates plummet if it were decriminalized?

It depends on horny mother fuckers who will pay money to get their ding dongs sucked and fucked on for which there is no short of.
There is also no shortage of women looking to make a buck for sex. Those that don't generally don't want the embarrassment of being arrested.

They have no power if there aren't horny ding dongs for them to stroke on.

If they decriminalized prostitution, I don't think we would see everyone on their momma going out to whore themselves for hot and sticky cum.

Given the current attitudes prevailing in our society and driven by the ReverseDiscrimination Movement prevailing recently, if prostitution were "legalized" in this country the first practice to go would be "No AA"!

Good thread , the funny part is the liberal retards that say give woman the right to do as they wish with there body say NO to two ( or more ) adults having sex behind closed doors hypocrisy at best

But a true conservative does not believe on forcing their views on anyone but their children. Your talking about fake conservatives while attacking real conservatives. Woodrow Wilson shut down Storyville in World War I, FDR made the brothels in Nevada off limits to the military, and Harry Reid pushed to make all prostitution in Nevada illegal. Don't know what the Federal Gov can/will do. In NYC, pay for play cases will not be prosecuted going forward, according to Cyrus Vance Jr, the DA. It's just for the providers. It does not apply to clients or traffickers.

I'm torn on the latest action by NYC prosecutor. On one hand as a hobbiest, kinda good, although the John seems to be still vulnerable. I also appreciate the facts that police and court resources need to me rationed. On the other hand, selective enforcement of laws by an individual(s) concerns me...prosecutors do it on a case by case basis all the time for usually good reason...but global is another slice of pie. I'd rather see formal legalization.
