the Havana syndrome was probably a Russian device using targeted microwave radiation to spy on diplomats' laptops, if you can believe it. could be a slightly different part of the spectrum, but it was a type of electromagnetic radiation, i think.

children have slept through the Havana device. not possible with the Maduro weapon. imagine a sound so awful you only want to die to get relief, literally.
